Matagi Mundax programmes are experiential training that teaches core mindfulness traits specific to the workplace. Programmes explore key mindfulness qualities and how they relate to important workplace skills, such as productivity, innovation, presence, emotional regulation, reasoning and communication, all of which are vital skills for thriving at work and succeed. By exploring these topics from the viewpoint of the work environment, participants will gain an understanding of how to apply mindfulness to succeed on the job.

1. Mindfulness in the Workplace workshop
This 90-minute workshop provides an introduction to the practice of Mindfulness and teaches simple yet powerful tools to be mindful at work.
2. Mindfulness in the Workplace Course
A comprehensive mindfulness course in a series of one-hour sessions offered in 4, 6, or 8-week formats.
3. Individual Mindfulness Coaching - In Person or Online
Mindfulness coaching to individuals at companies who may want to have their own one to one session.
4. Regular Mindfulness Meditation sessions
Ongoing guided mindfulness meditation sessions for organisations who want to follow up the workshop or comprehensive course with weekly or twice-weekly or daily 30-minute sessions.
