This course teaches a method of using mindfulness and meditation in your daily life to find work-life balance, inner peace and true happiness.

Mindfulness is an incredible tool to help understand, tolerate, and deal with our emotions in healthy ways. It helps us to alter our habitual responses by taking pause and choosing how we act. When we are mindful, we experience our life as we live it. Additionally, Mindfulness helps to reduce ruminative thinking that contributes to the high levels of stress that are so prevalent in our society nowadays.

Mindfulness and meditation practice can be a deeply transforming experience that helps you to develop a new sense of yourself and what is of importance in one’s life.

After attending all 4 classes If you feel you haven’t got any benefit from the course, I will refund you the full course fee.
